Trump’s evolving relationship with Ford Ford CEO Mark Fields is on his way out, according to published reports. Fields, who has held the top job for less than three years, is set to be replaced by Jim Hackett, who runs the Ford unit that develops autonomous vehicles, according to The New York Times, The Associated Press and Forbes. Aetna announced Thursday that this would be the last year it participates on the Obamacare exchange in Iowa, where it is the dominant insurer.
